Why is a film I searched for not showing up?
Movie Roulette draws from TMDB's live database. If a title isn't appearing, it may not meet the filter criteria you've set (genre, rating, streaming platform), or it may not be in TMDB's catalogue. Try broadening your filters first.
The streaming availability shown is wrong for my country.
Streaming availability is region-dependent. The default catalogue is US-based. If you're in another region, results may differ from what's actually available to you. We're working on better regional support.
Can I suggest a new genre or mood category?
Yes — email us. Genre and mood categories are built on TMDB genre IDs, so some requests are technically constrained, but we consider all feedback when planning updates.
Is there an API I can use?
Movie Roulette doesn't currently expose a public API. The underlying movie data comes from TMDB, which has an excellent free API available directly.
